Great question — and the honest answer is: not like a Google search. When you Google a dream symbol, you get a generic definition that was written for everyone. We work differently. You describe your specific dream — the details, the feelings, the people, the weirdness — and we craft an interpretation written just for that description. Two people can dream about the same thing and get completely different insights, because the context you provide shapes everything. It's the difference between looking up 'what does rain mean' and someone actually listening to your dream and responding thoughtfully.

The free tier includes 3 interpretations per calendar month. This resets automatically at the start of each new month. Perspective lens re-interpretations (Archetypal, Cognitive, Cultural) each count as one interpretation toward your monthly total.

Dream interpretation focuses on sleep experiences—the symbols, emotions, characters, and narratives that arose while you were asleep. Omen interpretation focuses on waking-life moments—coincidences, animals, numbers, or recurring patterns you notice in everyday life. We approach each type a little differently to draw out what's most meaningful.

Lenses let you re-read your dream or omen through a different angle of meaning. Archetypal explores universal symbols and the classic story figures that appear across human history—Shadow, Anima/Animus, Hero. Cognitive looks at what your mind might be working through: memories, emotions, or everyday stress. Cultural draws on mythology, folklore, and traditions from around the world. Each lens produces a completely fresh interpretation of your original entry.

Yes. Interpretations are processed in real time and nothing is saved on our servers once your reading is delivered. Your interpretation history lives only on your own device unless you subscribe to Reflect+, which adds optional cloud-saved history. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties. No. You can start interpreting right now, completely anonymously—no account needed. You get 3 free interpretations per month with no sign-up required. An account is only created when you subscribe to Basic or Reflect+.

Basic ($2.99/month) removes the monthly interpretation limit and gives you unlimited readings. Reflect+ ($4.99/month) includes everything in Basic, plus cloud-saved history across devices, symbol tracking that spots recurring themes over time, a concise answers mode for shorter readings, subscriber-only guides, and early access to new features.

You can cancel anytime from Settings → Manage Subscription. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period. You won't be charged again after you cancel, and we don't offer prorated refunds for partial months.
